Terms of Service

These terms set out the general framework for inquiries, estimates, custom development, project collaboration, support, and service delivery through GameSearchHub Hire.

Last updated: March 2026

1. Scope

GameSearchHub Hire offers custom digital work for gaming communities, Minecraft-related projects, Discord communities, creators, brands, and online teams. Services may include websites, dashboards, portals, automations, plugins, internal tools, support systems, integrations, and other custom builds.

2. Inquiry and review stage

Submitting a form or contacting GameSearchHub Hire does not guarantee acceptance of a project. Every request is reviewed individually for fit, scope, availability, and technical direction.

A proposal, estimate, or discussion does not by itself create a binding development agreement unless both sides clearly confirm the work.

3. Project acceptance

Work typically begins only after the scope, timeline, expected deliverables, communication method, and any payment arrangement are agreed in writing.

Some projects may be declined if they are not a fit, are unrealistic, conflict with existing workload, or raise legal, technical, or trust concerns.

4. Custom estimates and pricing

All pricing, quotes, and estimates are based on the information available at the time of review. If scope changes, new requirements are introduced, or project complexity increases, timelines and pricing may also change.

Promotion-based or collaboration-style arrangements may be considered selectively, but they are not offered for every project.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information and realistic goals
  • Respond in a reasonable timeframe when feedback or access is needed
  • Supply required content, branding, credentials, permissions, or assets where relevant
  • Use delivered systems in a lawful and responsible way

6. Revisions and changes

Reasonable refinements can be part of a project, but major change requests, new features, added integrations, or scope expansion may require updated timelines, additional work, or a revised agreement.

7. Access, credentials, and security

Where access to dashboards, servers, websites, Discord tools, APIs, or hosting is required, clients are responsible for providing appropriate permissions and for keeping their credentials secure. Access may be refused or paused if the environment is unsafe or misconfigured.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final project ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables are intended to transfer after full payment for the agreed scope has been completed.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable systems, concepts, third-party dependencies, and licensed components remain subject to their own ownership or licensing terms.

9. Support and maintenance

Post-launch support, maintenance, updates, and future development may be offered separately depending on availability and the type of project. Ongoing support is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.

10. Third-party services

Some projects may depend on third-party platforms or infrastructure such as Discord, hosting providers, payment tools, APIs, Minecraft server software, plugins, or analytics services. Their availability, pricing, and behavior are outside the direct control of GameSearchHub Hire.

11. No guarantees of business results

While the goal is to build useful, professional, and scalable systems, no guarantee is made that a website, tool, automation, or plugin will produce specific business, player-growth, revenue, or community outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent reasonably allowed, GameSearchHub Hire is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, platform outages, third-party failures, project misuse, or damages arising from factors outside its direct control. This includes issues caused by hosting, plugins, external APIs, Discord changes, or client-managed infrastructure.

13. Termination or refusal

A project inquiry, ongoing discussion, or active work may be refused, paused, or ended if there is abuse, non-cooperation, unsafe behavior, illegal intent, repeated scope instability, payment issues, or a serious breakdown in communication.

14. Contact and final note

For project-specific terms, billing arrangements, or scope clarifications, the written discussion for the specific project takes priority over this general page where both sides explicitly agree.
